Wonderful covers from Vietnam. Received over a couple of days. Sadly the FDC has stamps on it that are pen cancelled. But overall lovely covers.
First this FDC on the 400th anniversary of the Phu Yen province. As you see its not first day cancelled obviously as it was issued in March of 2011.
Phu Yen is a coastal province in south central Vietnam. The terrain is divided into two main areas including mountains, hills, plains and more than 100 km of seaside.
Founded in 1611, over 400 years in history, Phú Yên has gone through many ups and downs of history, associated with the process of national construction, defense of the people of Vietnam. Celebrating 400 years of Phú Yên, on March 31st, 2011, the Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC) issued the stamp “400th Anniversary of Phú Yên”.

Two other covers with some very attractive recent commemoratives. Clear cancellations on these.
