Thailand - Fan Shaped Sheet

On the occasion of the Thailand Heritage Conservation Day in 2007, Thai Post issued this set of stamps and a sheet that was cut around in the shape of a fan depicting ceremonial fans.

Ecclesiastical Ceremonial fans or Monastic Fans are fans used by Buddhist monks when they are invited to perform religious ceremonies. The four designs of the monastic fans on the stamps are the award winning stamp paintings from the 2005 International Letter Writing Week postage competition, under the theme "Ecclesiastical Ceremonial Fans".

Here's a closer look at the stamps.
