This is a blog of my personal stamps and covers collection. I am an avid collector of postage stamps, miniature sheets, FDCs and covers addressed to me from across the world, an accumulator and hoarder of stamps. It is my attempt here to show you all of my collection in the posts that I'll add and update regularly. I hope to add more to the collection in the process, interact with you other collectors out there and share thoughts and information about anything and everything related.

Cover - Aland
Received my second cover from Aland just yesterday. I really like this one a lot. Its got the Norden life at sea miniature sheet from 2012 on it. It was issued on 23rd March 2012. The stamp on the sheet is denominated Varlden (the world).

Cover - Aland, Country #75
My first ever cover from Aland. Big thank you to Kimmo for sending this one across.
Aland is not a country by itself. Its a part of Finland, an archipelago of 6500 islands and islets located right between Finland and Sweden. Åland is an autonomous and unilingually Swedish region in Finland with its own flag, its own stamps and its own top domain. Hence it automatically becomes a new country number added to the list of countries I've received covers from.
