This is a blog of my personal stamps and covers collection. I am an avid collector of postage stamps, miniature sheets, FDCs and covers addressed to me from across the world, an accumulator and hoarder of stamps. It is my attempt here to show you all of my collection in the posts that I'll add and update regularly. I hope to add more to the collection in the process, interact with you other collectors out there and share thoughts and information about anything and everything related.

Covers - Belgium
I received two covers from Belgium, through last week or so. Like the stamps but would have liked it better if the sender hadn't put India on the cover as he has. Nice covers nevertheless.

Cover - USA
Received this lovely cover from the USA with all Christmas stamps on it. The sender also sent along three covers they received on Christmas. Nice additions to my collection of covers.
Above is the cover addressed to me. And below are the covers with Christmas stamps and the beautiful happy holidays cancellations that were sent along.

Cover - Uruguay, Country #73
Last week I received two covers, one from Argentina which I just put up as the last post and this one from Uruguay. A new addition, after a long time to my list of countries from which Ive got covers. And Im delighted.
The Christmas stamp on the cover also happens to be my only Christmas stamp from Uruguay. The Correo Uruguayo or Uruguayan Post issued the stamp on 23.11.12. It depicts a painting by Ramon Cuadra Cantera. Beautiful block of three and a very clear postmark indicating the date sent, 8th April 2013 and sent from, Sarandi Grande.
This surely is going to be for me, the beginning of, collecting all the Christmas stamps from the country for me now.
